Director's Statement

This was a pure passion project, inspired greatly by the storytelling nature of Bruce Brown, Endless Summer, and the concept that a viewer could fall in love with any sport, without prior knowledge, simply through the nature of cinematography and storytelling.

Adventure is deep in our bones as avid overlanders and riders of both street and dirt bikes. Our love for the sport helps guide us as filmmakers, striving to be better at both riding and storytelling as we created this film. We made this with friends, for friends, and look forward to sharing it with the world. 

Director Bio

Red Pup Films, aka Morgan Betz and Carolyn Powers, have been working together in the film and photography industry for the past 10 years starting with documentary projects in the beer, wine, and music industry. Since moving to Breckenridge, CO they have shifted their focus to adventure based film. When life takes them away from Breckenridge, they travel and work together out of their big off-road camper, The Roaming Red Pup. Morgan spent 10 years as a professor of Sound Recording Technology but left the career in search of a more adventurous life. In between Red Pup Films projects, Carolyn runs a concrete art business and design studio where she creates modern pieces for the home.
